We have received the following notification from Practice Insight regarding claims sent to Carefirst:
Carefirst identified a problem with approximately 3,000 claims rejected in error on 6-16-2014, with the message, “Subscriber Policy Cancelled.
Providers will need to resubmit their claims for which this error was received.

SB580 Carefirst BCBS DC/DNA
SB690 Carefirst BCBS Maryland
