This program is used to print a mailing label for each patient who has a doctor and account date within a specific range. You have the ability to limit the search to patients who have had activity with the selected doctor within a specific amount of time. This release also includes the ability to restrict the list for up to 10 zip codes.
OUTPUT: Standard Avery style 6 (six) line mailing labels.
